2_5x5_Amanda[1]After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Amanda attended Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, TN.  She loved Nashville and Vanderbilt, but was happy to return to Minnesota after graduation.

Amanda clerked for Justice G. Barry Anderson on the Minnesota Supreme Court for one year after she graduated law school.  She loved working for Justice Anderson and was able to work on many different types of cases, including both criminal and civil.

After clerking at the Minnesota Supreme Court, Amanda clerked for two years in Hennepin County Family Court.  There, she saw how much a good family law attorney can help people through difficult times in their lives.  Amanda gained valuable experience while clerking in Family Court and is eager to share her knowledge .

Amanda serves on the First District Ethics Committee.  She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association and Minnesota Women Lawyers.  Amanda is active in her church and volunteers with Tubman-Chrysalis Center and Legal Assistance of Dakota County.
